Cooling of TSE200 Roots Blower
No matter how a model, it usually has a cooling method, and the TSE200 Roots Blower is no exception and has its own cooling method.
Roots BlowerIn a broad sense, there are two types of cooling, one is air cooling and the other is water cooling. As the name suggests, the air-cooled all for the air-cooled because this form of natural cooling by the air, its main operation is the fan is placed in a ventilated place or to create their own ventilation conditions, the use of which are relatively simple, usually do not need what the cost. Water-cooled is cooled by water, water-cooled is not as simple as air-cooled, water-cooled is generally to have a special water inlet hole cooling, water-cooled is usually used in the cooling of the oil tank. Air-cooled and water-cooled these two forms, air-cooled is more common, almost every fan on the use of water-cooled, then apply to a part of the fan. Regarding the conditions of use of air-cooled and water-cooled, air-cooled is almost every Roots fan meets the conditions. Water-cooling is suitable for cooling the oil tank of the wind turbine with larger power, or cooling the body of the two-stage Roots blower. The reason why the oil tank should be water-cooled is because some large fans run at high power, the oil temperature will be very high, through the water cooling to cool down to prevent damage to the fan. Double-stage Roots blower because the pressure power is much larger than the general fan, so double-stage fans are equipped with water-cooled tubes in the connection, with industrial circulating water injected into the water-cooled tubes to cool the fan.
Lower power fans can usually be cooled by air cooling and there is no need to use water cooling. the TSE200 Roots Blower is generally air cooled and water cooled for special applications.
