High negative pressure Roots blower, also known as high negative pressure Roots vacuum pump, is a Roots blower with high negative pressure in the field of vacuum suction. Due to the principle of Roots type, when the vacuum degree exceeds -53KPa, it has high technical requirements in design, production and manufacturing process, assembling technician level, material applicability, processing equipment precision, temperature control, inspection and test. At present, there are few companies with this technical level in China. At present, our products can reach the pressure of -95KPa, which is the leading level in the industry.

High negative pressure Roots blower (high negative pressure Roots vacuum pump) technical analysis and industry advantages

I. Product definition and technical characteristics

High-negative pressure Roots blower, also known as high-negative pressure Roots vacuum pump, is a high-end equipment developed specifically for the vacuum suction field. Compared with the traditional Roots blower, its core feature is that it can stably realize high negative pressure working condition above -53KPa. Our high-negative pressure series products, the ultimate vacuum degree can reach 95KPa, leading the group.

II. Technical thresholds and breakthroughs

  1. Core technical difficulties:

Optimization of rotor profile: Composite involute design with special sealing, the leakage rate is reduced by 40%, very low leakage achievement of very high negative pressure.

Gap control process: It can realize the precise control of the gap at different temperature rise.

Thermal deformation control: The pioneering cooling system approach makes it work well in high temperature environments, for example, a customer's workshop ambient temperature is higher than the general air temperature of 45 ℃, but the fan is still good for years of continuous use.

Material system: The material selection method accumulated by thousands of refinements is a powerful weapon for the success of the product.

  1. Manufacturing process breakthroughs:

Five-axis linked machining centers guarantee rotor accuracy (up to ISO class 5).

Laser inspection system.

Vacuum chamber simulation test.

Third, the advantages of industry applications

  1. Chemical field:

Can handle corrosive gases (with PTFE coated or stainless steel or Hastelloy Roots Blower options)

Explosion-proof design meets ExdIIBT4 standard

2. Scientific research institutes:

Customized solutions (vacuum adjustable from 0kPa to -95kPa)

Low vibration design (2.8 ≤ vibration value ≤ 11.2 mm/s)

IV. Service system

  1. Selection support: specific analysis of specific working conditions.
  2. Emergency response: 24-hour technical support.

We invite customers from all fields to visit our production base and witness the 95kPa ultimate vacuum test demonstration. We provide free working condition analysis and customized optimal solutions.
